Join the ride anywhere on the route Start PROMPTLY at 7.00am from corner of Parry and Steel St Newcastle, opp RTA office. If you miss the start follow the route and catch up to the group or meet them on the return along the Fernleigh Track. Distance 40kms. Average speed 20-22kph. Coastal Cycleway to start of Fernleigh Track (7.20am). Burwood Rd crossing (7.30am) Whitebridge (7.35am) end of track at Redhead (7.45am) Whitebridge (8.00am) Adamstown Rail crossing (8.15am) Energy Australia stadium (8.20am) start of Throsby Cycleway (8.30am) Nobbys Breakwall (8.55am). Breakfast at Juicy Beans, Wheeler Place with other NCM riders at around 9am.
