Start	Departs 6:45am from the Victoria Ave entrance to Bicentennial Park (300m West of Concord West Train Station) (start time changes to 7:15am from 1st of June to 31st of August)
Route	Typically a lap around Olympic Park and then back towards Majors Bay Rd Concord; proceed up towards Concord Hospital past Brays Bay Reserve and over Ryde Bridge; west along Parramatta River to Silverwater Bridge; cross Silverwater Bridge and then back east on the other side of the river
Duration	1-1.5 hours
