Be part of the "most spectacular road riding event in the country"

The Ford Otway Cycling Classic- the Rainforest Ride is a mass participation road cycling event (not a race!) starting and finishing in beautiful Apollo Bay on the Great Ocean Road on Sunday 26th February 2012.

The Ford Otway Cycling Classic is designed to provide something for all levels of rider, from your more serious road riders who can tackle the challenging Rainforest Circuit, to kids and parents who can share a ride and walk in the stunning rainforest with the 23km Waterfall Explorer.

The 2012 event will be very similar to the previous rides and will include;

140km Rainforest Circuit along Turtans Track through Lavers Hill
70km Lighthouse Discovery Ride to Cape Otway and back again
23km Waterfall Explorer ride to Marriners Falls and back again

All funds raised for this fantastic event will support Give Where You Live going towards their terrific work within the community. Rapid Ascent will be organising the logistics and customer service sides of the 2012 event.
