50km Ride

This ride follows the new Centenary bikeway from 17 Mile Rocks, out to Forest Lake, then onto smooth local roads, for a break at the scenic Springfield Lakes Park. Then after a short stop, to head on back the same way.
This ride is suited to those who are reasonably fit, and are confident to ride on public roads.

130km Ride

A ride for the genuine “cyclist” who longs for the open road. This ride winds its way from 17 Mile Rocks, through Springfield Lakes to Greenbank, then past Jimboomba to loop through the countryside, and then return.

Even though there is a cumulative elevation gain of 1050m, there are no steep hills. This is a long ride through beautiful areas where groups of riders can maintain good speeds.

Only experienced and fit riders should attempt this ride. If you cannot make it to Greenbank (40k) in 1hr40m, riders should turn back and make it an 80k ride.

Grand Tour

30 riders (only) will undertake this 5 day, 600k adventure. Be quick to register (from March 2012).

The proposed challenge for 2012 leaves Brisbane for Toowoomba, Warwick, Killarney, Mt. Barney, and Canungra. Riders will camp under the stars, supported by a full crew providing meals and back up.
